Corvette Stingray

Car lovers know that the Stingray is around since 1953 and is not only one of the most cherished sports cars, but also one of the most popular models in the Chevy lineup in this category. The 6.2-liter V8 Aluminum engine is light in weight but provides some heavy power, generating 460 horsepower and 465 lb-ft torque as you go. It is paired with either a seven-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic with paddle shifters which when combined with the available Z51 Performance Package can take you 0 to 60 in just about 3.7 seconds and a still better 3.6 seconds when combined with the Z07 Performance Package. Insides of the Stingray that comes in the 1LT, 2LT and 3LT trims are well appointed with luxurious sport seats, latest connectivity options and high-end technology.

The Grand Sport

True to its name, the Grand Sport takes sport to an all-new level through performance-oriented design enhancements and aerodynamic tweaks. It’s always tuned to keep performance at an optimum, both with its convertible top covered or down. What’s more, the top can be remotely taken down even while you are on the move at speeds up to 30mph. The Corvette Grand Sport adds fender vents on the front that aid in better in-flow of air and the fenders are wider than others and allow use of wider tires. Addition of the optional Carbon Fiber Ground Effects package provides better dynamics. The Grand Sport continues the legacy of the 6.2-liter V8 aluminum engine and performance specs as in the Stingray. The insides of this vehicle are of course more intriguing due to the carbon fiber treatment to the cockpit that’s lined with light aluminum trims. The bucket seats add more support and comfort.

Corvette Z06

Fasten your seat belts as you are about to enter the supercar zone with the Corvette Z06 that gets a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 DI VVT engine matched to a 7-speed manual transmission with Active Rev Matching. The result is a phenomenal maximum 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque that will throw you back against your competition sport bucket seats as you step on the accelerator. Upgrading to an available 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and adding the Z07 Performance Package give you the legendary 0 to 60 in 2.97 secs.

ZR1

Too hot to handle even for a supercar, the ZR1 takes things to a stratospheric level with a 755 available horsepower and 750 available torque using the supercharged 6.2-liter V8. Hold your breath because you get to zip 0 to 60 in just 2.85 seconds. It’s already made some waves being accorded the 2019 Road and Track Performance car of the year.
